Shockwaves rattled the coin community when it discovered that a small quantity of all four 2009 strikes – William Henry Harrison, John Tyler, James K. Polk and Zachary Taylor – escaped as errors. The date, mint mark and inscription, E Pluribus Unum, were completely missing from the edges!
